# Plans

> Compare the Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans, and start, change, or cancel yours.

You'll see current prices when you start a trial or open **Settings → Billing**.

## Pro

Pro is for one person. You can't invite members on Pro. To work with teammates, switch to **Team**.

## Team

Team lets you invite teammates from **Settings → Members**. Everyone in the organization shares the same credits.

## Enterprise

Enclave sets up and manages Enterprise plans. Enterprise usage isn't limited by a credit balance. To change an Enterprise plan, email [support@enclave.ai](mailto:support@enclave.ai).

## Start a free trial

When a new organization opens Enclave, an owner or admin picks **Pro** or **Team** and clicks **Start trial**.

* The trial is free for 7 days, and it includes the plan's credits.
* You need a card to verify your account. You aren't charged until the trial ends.
* If you already had a trial in another organization you own, the new one starts without a trial.

Other members see a message asking an owner or admin to start the trial.

## Change or cancel your plan

Open **Settings → Billing**.

* **Switch plans:** click **Switch to Pro** or **Switch to Team**. When you upgrade mid-month, your credits are topped up to the new plan's allowance.
* **Update your card or billing details:** click **Manage billing**.
* **Cancel:** click **Cancel plan**. You keep access until the end of the current period. To undo it before then, click **Renew plan**.

## If a payment fails

Enclave stops working until the payment goes through. An owner or admin can update the payment method from the page Enclave shows, which opens the billing portal. **Settings → Invoices** stays available, so you can still view and pay invoices.
