# プラン

> Pro、Team、Enterprise の各プランを比較し、プランの開始、変更、キャンセルを行います。

現在の価格は、トライアルを開始するときや **Settings → Billing** を開いたときに確認できます。

## Pro

Pro は 1 人用のプランです。Pro ではメンバーを招待できません。チームメンバーと一緒に作業するには、 **Team** に切り替えます。

## Team

Team では、 **Settings → Members** からチームメンバーを招待できます。組織の全員が同じクレジットを共有します。

## Enterprise

Enterprise プランは Enclave がセットアップして管理します。Enterprise の使用量は、クレジット残高によって制限されません。Enterprise プランを変更するには、 [support@enclave.ai](mailto:support@enclave.ai) までメールでお問い合わせください。

## 無料トライアルを開始する

新しい組織が Enclave を開くと、オーナーまたは管理者が **Pro** または **Team** を選び、 **Start trial** をクリックします。

* トライアルは 7 日間無料で、プランのクレジットが含まれます。
* アカウントの確認にカードが必要です。トライアルが終了するまで請求は発生しません。
* 自分がオーナーである別の組織ですでにトライアルを利用したことがある場合、新しい組織はトライアルなしで開始されます。

ほかのメンバーには、オーナーまたは管理者にトライアルの開始を依頼するメッセージが表示されます。

## プランを変更またはキャンセルする

**Settings → Billing** を開きます。

* **プランを切り替える：** **Switch to Pro** または **Switch to Team** をクリックします。月の途中でアップグレードすると、クレジットが新しいプランの枠まで補充されます。
* **カードや請求先の情報を更新する：** **Manage billing** をクリックします。
* **キャンセルする：** **Cancel plan** をクリックします。現在の期間が終わるまではアクセスできます。それまでに取り消すには、 **Renew plan** をクリックします。

## 支払いに失敗した場合

支払いが完了するまで、Enclave は動作を停止します。オーナーまたは管理者は、Enclave に表示されるページから支払い方法を更新できます。このページから請求ポータルが開きます。 **Settings → Invoices** は引き続き利用できるため、請求書の確認と支払いは可能です。
