# Slack

> 在 Slack 频道中提及 @Enclave 或给它发送私信，向 Enclave 提问。

连接 Slack，让你的团队无需离开 Slack 就能向 Enclave 提问。在频道中提及 **@Enclave** 或给它发送私信，Enclave 会在讨论串中回答。

## 开始之前

* 你需要拥有 Enclave 中的 **Owner** 或 **Admin** 角色。
* 一个 Enclave 组织只能连接一个 Slack 工作区。
* 请将 Enclave 安装到 Slack 工作区，而不是 Enterprise Grid 组织。
* 请在浏览器中通过 Enclave 进行连接。桌面应用无法完成 Slack 的登录流程。

> 如果你的工作区要求审批应用，Slack 会向工作区管理员发送请求，而不是直接安装 Enclave。请让 Slack 管理员批准 Enclave，或由其代你完成连接。

## 连接 Slack

**1. 打开集成**

在 [app.enclave.ai](https://app.enclave.ai) 中打开 **Settings → Integrations**。点击 **Slack** 旁边的 **Connect**。

**2. 将 Enclave 添加到 Slack**

点击 **Add to Slack**。Slack 会请你为工作区批准 Enclave。点击 **Allow**。

回到 Enclave 后，你的工作区会出现在 **Workspace** 下。

**3. 邀请 @Enclave 加入频道**

在 Slack 中打开一个频道并邀请该应用，例如使用 `/invite @Enclave`。Enclave 只能看到它所在频道中的讨论串。

## 谁可以提问

Enclave 会根据每个 Slack 用户已确认的 Slack 邮箱，将其与 Enclave 成员匹配。非成员会看到一个仅自己可见的 **Request access** 按钮，点击后会通知你的管理员。

Slack Connect 访客和其他工作区的成员无法提问。

## 在 Slack 中使用 Enclave

* **在频道中：** 提及 **@Enclave** 并提出问题。Enclave 会在讨论串中回答。在已有的讨论串中，它还会读取之前最多 15 条消息作为上下文。
* **在讨论串中：** Enclave 加入后，每条回复都会被视为提问，你无需再次提及它。以 `(aside)` 开头的消息不会发给 Enclave。
* **在私信中：** 使用 Enclave 应用的 **Messages** 标签页。只有你能阅读该对话。

组织中的任何人都可以加入讨论串。Enclave 会按每个人自己的权限回答。每个回答末尾都有一个 **Open this chat in Enclave** 链接。

当 Enclave 想要保存记忆时，它会在讨论串中通过 **Approve** 和 **Reject** 按钮征求你的意见。

## Enclave 中的 Slack 讨论串

每个 Slack 讨论串都是一个 [Research 会话](https://docs.enclave.ai/zh/research/managing-sessions.md#%E6%9D%A5%E8%87%AA-slack-%E7%9A%84%E4%BC%9A%E8%AF%9D)。你在 Enclave 中撰写的消息会以你的名义发布到该讨论串。

## 隐私

请在[此处](https://enclave.ai/legal/privacy-policy)查看我们的隐私政策。

* 讨论串中的每个人都可以阅读整个会话。
* 回复对频道中的所有人可见，包括访客。敏感问题请在私有频道或私信中提出。
* Enclave 不会在与其他组织共享的频道中发布消息。
* 发现项和工作流运行永远不会发布到 Slack。

## 管理连接

打开 **Settings → Integrations → Slack**。

* 当工作区显示 **Reconnect to grant new permissions** 时，会出现 **Reconnect**。这表示某个较新的 Enclave 功能需要你当前安装所没有的权限。点击它以批准新权限。
* **Remove** 会将 Enclave 从 Slack 工作区中移除。现有会话会保留在 Enclave 中。如果 Slack 没有确认卸载，请自行在 Slack 中移除 Enclave 应用。

## 故障排除

> [accordion] Enclave 完全没有响应

> 检查 @Enclave 是否在该频道中，以及工作区是否仍显示在 **Settings → Integrations → Slack** 中。在回复中，Enclave 只会在它已经加入的讨论串中作答。提及它即可将它带入新的讨论串。
