Enclave has two kinds of plans:
  • Self-serve: the Pro and Team plans, which you start from the app with a 7-day free trial. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy more credits when you need them. See Plans.
  • Enterprise: a plan set up and managed by Enclave. Email support@enclave.ai to talk about Enterprise.
Every organization needs a plan to use Enclave. There’s no free plan. AI work, such as Research messages and workflow runs, uses credits. See Usage and credits for how credits work and how to keep usage under control.

Manage billing

Open Settings → Billing to see your plan, your credit balance, and what you’ve spent this period. Settings → Invoices lists your invoices. Only owners and admins can manage billing. See Roles and permissions.
